These terms govern your use of this website and any assessment, coaching, workshop, or speaking service you purchase from Value Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Value Solutions," "we," "us"). By purchasing a service or using this site, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Value Solutions provides leadership development services built on validated Innermetrix assessments (the DISC Index and Values Index; additional Innermetrix indices where included in a written engagement) and the D.I.V.E. framework, delivered by Justin Brown, a Certified Innermetrix Consultant.

What these services are not. The assessments are development instruments. They are not clinical, psychological, or medical diagnoses; they are not pre-employment selection tests; and they are not a substitute for legal, medical, HR, or mental-health advice. Nothing on this site or in a debrief creates a therapist, physician, attorney, or fiduciary relationship. Employment decisions are yours alone, and you are responsible for making them in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

2. Purchases and pricing

Assessment offers with a published price (the DISC + Values Report and the DISC + Values Breakdown) are priced per person at the price displayed on this site at checkout, and payable in advance.
Team programs, enterprise engagements, and speaking are scoped and quoted individually and governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work. Where such a document conflicts with these terms, that document controls.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your card details.
Prices may change; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

3. Scheduling, rescheduling, and refunds

The Breakdown includes a scheduled 60-minute debrief session; we will contact you to schedule it after purchase. The Report is delivered automatically on assessment completion and includes no live session.
Before the assessment link is issued: full refund on request, for any reason.
After the assessment link is issued but before the debrief: refund of the amount paid less the assessment licensing cost we have already incurred.
After the debrief has been delivered: the service is complete and no refund is due. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the session, tell us — we would rather make it right than keep money from someone who feels poorly served.
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice may be treated as delivered.

4. Purchase credits

Report-toward-Breakdown. If you purchase the DISC + Values Report and upgrade to the DISC + Values Breakdown within 30 days of purchase, the full amount you paid for the Report is credited toward the Breakdown price — you pay only the difference between the two prices as displayed at the time of your upgrade.

Replay credit. Live workshop and webinar seats are free. If you purchase a session replay (with or without the accompanying DISC + Values Report), the full amount you paid is credited toward any later assessment, coaching, or team program purchased within 90 days. Replay credits do not apply toward another replay or recording.

Each credit applies once, is not transferable, and has no cash value.

5. Your responsibilities

Answer assessment questions honestly and as yourself. Results are only useful if the input is real.
Provide accurate contact and billing information.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, confirm you are authorized to do so and that participants have been told what the program involves.

6. Intellectual property

The D.I.V.E. framework, this website, and all Value Solutions materials, templates, and written reports remain our intellectual property (or our licensors', including Innermetrix International for the assessment instruments).
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials delivered to you for your own development and, where an organization is the buyer, for that organization's internal use.
You may not resell, republish, relabel, or use our materials to deliver competing assessment or training services.
Your assessment results are yours. Nothing here transfers ownership of your personal profile data to us — see the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in a coaching or debrief session stays between you and the consultant, subject only to the disclosures described in the Privacy Policy and to any narrow legal obligation to disclose. Where an organization sponsors a program, we report team-level findings — not the content of individual conversations.

8. Testimonials and case studies

We will not quote you, name you, or describe your engagement publicly without your specific prior written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full standard.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular business, career, performance, or financial outcome — results depend on factors outside our control, including the effort of the people involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Value Solutions' total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Website use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its underlying systems, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use it to transmit unlawful content. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through direct good-faith discussion for at least 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
